from our friends in St. Helena …Created for our food and wine
adventurer series. A rich, lush wine that pairs beautifully with a
variety of foods; such as short ribs, pork tenderloin, or roasted
lamb.
If you have ever visited our tasting salon here in
Yountville, Napa Valley, then you know how delicious this wine is
with a little bit of dark chocolate.
Winemaker Notes: This lush, juicy Petite Sirah
exhibits a deep purple color, with concentrated black cherry fruit
and entrancing notes of rich cocoa and spicy black pepper. This
full bodied and well balanced
wine will continue to evolve over time.
